Jonathan J. Hodel, P.E. Stark County Engineer Start Date: 5/21/2007

Jonathan graduated form the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in January of 2000. Since then he has worked for consulting firms in Bloomington and Peoria before spending three years as the Assistant County Engineer at Woodford County. Jonathan comes to Stark County with a well-balanced background of design and construction experience including road and bridge construction and inspection, MFT programming and planning and computer related skills such as CADD and GIS. Jonathan is a native of Roanoke, IL. He currently resides in Wyoming, IL with his wife Megan and their three children; Dexter, Hattie, and Lexi.

Burt Walker Highway Maintainer Start Date: 11/5/2007

Burt Walker graduated from Black Hawk College with an Associates in Ag Production. Before coming to the Highway Department, Burt was the Grain Facility Manager for Ag View/FS in Buda where he spent nine years. He currently resides in Elmira Township with his family on Windy Hill Farm where he raises goats for show and retail.

Kevin Ferris Highway Maintainer Start Date: 12/10/2007

Kevin Ferris graduated from Black Hawk College with an Associate of Applied Science in Automotives. Before joining the Highway Department team he worked for eleven years at Hatzer & Norstrom Equipment in Anawan, IL. He currently resides in Bradford with his family where he enjoys riding his 4-wheelers.

Becky Yedinak Office Administrator Start Date: 12/1/2007

Becky Yedinak graduated from Kishwaukee College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Before transferring to the Highway Department she worked for the Stark County State’s Attorney and the Stark County Sheriff’s Office. She currently lives in Wyoming and enjoys spending all her free time playing with her baby girl.
